Stronghold Games unveiled Digsaw, a roll-and-cut dice game, which will hit retail on February 2, 2024.
In Digsaw, players assume the roles of archaeologists attempting to recover buried artifacts. They will need to roll dice and cut apart (with scissors) their dig sites to find the artifacts in the ground. The dice rolls to determine how they will cut apart their paper dig sites (made of paper) to uncover buried artifacts. Players will need to plan wisely to extract the artifacts because each artifact could shatter if not removed carefully. The game features five progressively challenging levels as well as a solo mode to play through.
This game is for one to six players, plays in 25 minutes, and will retail for $24.99.
Stronghold Games also recently released Foundations, an expansion for Terraforming Mars: Ares Expedition (see "New 'Terraforming Mars: Ares Expedition' Expansion").
