In The Gang, designed by John W Cooper and Kory Heath, players are attempt to pull off bank heists with the power of poker. At the start of the round of play, players look at their hands and choose a chip to represent how strong their hand is. The flop is then dealt, and players get to re-evaluate the strength of their hands. If the players have assessed their hands correctly, they will get to open one of the bank vaults at the end of the turn. Otherwise, they set off the alarm. The gang wins if they open all three bank vaults before the alarm is tripped three times.
This game is for three to six players, plays in 20 minutes, and will retail for $14.95.
