Titan Books will release I Can Count to Ten, a counting book by Roman Dirge (Lenore) that is definitely not for kids.  It begins as a child’s primer cute mode, and quickly descends into hilarious gore, Dirge’s stock in trade.

Titan has been publishing Dirge’s work since 2009, when he took Lenore, his most famous creation, and the rest of his oeuvre to the UK-based publisher (see “Titan Gets Dirge”).  Lenore: The Cute Little Dead Girl was the first in a group of cute girl gothic horror/humor properties that had a great run in the 00s and early teens.

The 64-page hardcover will street on September 3, 2024 at $19.99.
