Marvel Comics will launch a new series of Star Wars Epic Collections, featuring modern era stories, this summer with Star Wars Modern Era Epic Collection: Skywalker Strikes, the company announced. The new series of Epic format collections will collect Marvel’s second go-round with the license, under which new material began in 2015 with Star Wars #1 (see "Marvel Launching Three Star Wars Comics").
The stories in the first volume are written by Jason Aaron and Kieron Gillen, with art by John Cassaday, Simone Bianchi, Stuart Immonen, Mike Deodato Jr., and Salvador Larroca. John Cassaday provides the cover for this volume.
Star Wars Modern Era Epic Collection: Skywalker Strikes will collect Star Wars (2015) #1-14 and #1 Director’s Cut, Star Wars: Vader Down, and Darth Vader (2015) #13-15.
The 488-page trade paperback will be released July 31, 2024 at $44.99 MSRP.
