The independent publisher ABLAZE has announced it will publish print editions of three ComiXology Originals titles.

Harvey Kurtzman’s Marley’s Ghost was written by Josh O’Neill and Shannon Wheeler, following the notes Kurtzman made for an adaptation of the Christmas tale in the 1950s. Artist Gideon Kendall also followed Kurtzman’s style and panel breakdowns to create the 136-page graphic novel, which won the 2022 Eisner for Best Digital Comic.  The paperback will go on sale on November 6, 2024, in comic shops and November 19, 2024 in bookstores, with an MSRP of $19.99.

Parliament of Rooks was co-written by Abigail Jill Harding and Richard Starkings, with art by Harding and lettering by Starkings.  The supernatural gothic love story about an architect confronting ghosts from his past was nominated for a 2024 Eisner Award in the Best Digital Comics category.  This is the first longform writing project for Harding, who collaborated with Starkings as the artist on Ask for Mercy.  ABLAZE will announce publication details for Parliament of Rooks at a later date.

Grammaton Punch, by writer Miles Gunter and artist Briane Andan, is a shonen manga-eque story about a teen whose school is filled with ghosts that feed off the student’s energy and must fight them off while navigating the usual hazards of high school.  ABLAZE will announce publication details for this title at a later date.
