The book is part of the Uncharted Journey  5E series that came out last year. The focus of this next book is the storytelling that happens while characters are in the middle of a break from adventure. It provides a series of mechanics that allows players to explore the activities their characters take on in between delving into dungeons such as cooking hearty meals, weaving tales for villagers, and performing alchemy. It also has rules for adding character backstory about their adventuring days prior to the current session as well as creating a home base for the party.
