The agreement had been originally inked in May 2024 and adds the full line of Pokemon products to Lion Rampant Imports' roster of available products. Lion Rampant Imports is a sister company to Asmodee Canada and part of the Asmodee Group (see "Asmodee Acquires North American Distributor").

The new partnership makes Pokemon products more accessible in the Canadian market. It is a non-exclusive agreement with Prince that gives Lion Rampant/Asmodee the ability to sell the full range of Pokemon products to hobby, toy, and gift retailers in Canada, and possibly a gateway deal to further collaboration with Prince Distribution down the road.
