The S4 expansion adds six new investigators to Rob Daviau and Eric M. Lang's Cthulhu: Death May Die (see "Daviau and Lang Take on 'Cthulhu'"). This expansion also includes a new Elder One, Nyarlathotep, and its accompanying monsters. Players can delve into six new episodes for the game that explore the ancient evils that lurk in the depths of the Nile River. These episodes introduce unique game mechanics, components, and objectives for the investigators to overcome before they lose their sanity.

This expansion is for one to five players, ages 14 and up and plays in 90 minutes. It will retail for $79.99.
