Small publisher Dead Sky has announced a new occult horror graphic novel, The Order of the Circle, by writer Levi Cory, artist Elisabeth Mkheidze, and colorist Eva De La Cruz. Set in 1952 during the Great London Smog, the story follows Dorothy Schafer, whose husband John was sent to hell by the occult group The Circle, as she channels dark magic to rescue him and exact revenge on the ancient mystical order. The 104-page paperback will be released on February 18, 2025, with an MSRP of $16.99.
Founded in 2022, Dead Sky is the graphic novel imprint of Stygian Sky Media, which also owns the western horror imprint Death’s Head Press. Helmed by letterer Steve Wands, Dead Sky published a new edition of Joe R. Lansdale’s Mucho Mojo graphic novel in 2022.
