This board game, designed by Richard Launius, Adam Sadler, and Brady Sadler, originally hit Kickstarter on September 8, 2020 (see "'Freedom Five'"). The game, which is based on Greater Than Games' Sentinal Comics universe (see "'Sentinels of the Multiverse Definitive Edition'"), raised $944,246 from 5869 backers (about $167 per backer), and according to their KS page, started shipping fulfillment to backers in Q4 2024.
The retail edition features a cooperative game where players protect their home city against Baron Blade and his henchmen. This game can be played as a standalone, a campaign, or a one shot session. It is for one to five players, ages 14 and up; plays in 90 minutes and will retail for $59.99.
