Ares Games has partnered with Armenian game studio Red Cat Games to release two new English Edition games into North American markets in 2025.

Red Cat Games is the first Armenian studio to form a partnership with Ares Games.  The first game to released as part of this deal is Balconia, a spatial puzzle game.  In this game, players try to appease finicky residents of an apartment building by adding different blocks to their balconies.  Some of the resident like flowers, others like cats, and some want to be left alone; players are tasked with drafting blocks an placing them to create harmony in the apartment complex and score points in the process.  This game is for two players, ages 10 and up, and plays in 20 minutes.

The deal also includes Perfect Mismatch, a casual word-guessing game. In this game, each turn, a player will describe a secret word by moving beads to either side of a two-sided tablet with descriptor words on it.  Some examples of pairs of words to choose from include romantic or problematic, fingerless or fragile, and wearable or helpful.  Players vote on the chosen words, and receive points accordingly.  This game is for two to eight players, ages 9 and up; plays in 20-30 minutes and will arrive in stores in May.

Ares Games also released a new edition of Mega Civilization, now called Mega Empires (see "Ares Games Reveals New Edition of 'Mega Civilization'").
