Upper Deck Entertainment has teamed up with The Gearbox Entertainment Company for new Borderlands and Tiny Tina's Wonderland games and trading cards.
The first game produced under this new licensing partnership will be Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands: The Chaos Chamber. It is fast-paced trick-taking card game where players choose a class and enter the Chaos Chamber to do combat with hordes of enemies. This game features fan favorite characters like Paladin Mike, The Dragon Lord and Wastard.
"We’re excited to transport the Borderlands and Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands universes off the screen and into fans’ hands with these really unique collectibles and games," said Jason Masherah, president at Upper Deck. "Video game collectibles as a whole are still a relatively new concept, and we’re utilizing our gaming expertise to deliver new experiences to fans including the ability to collect their favorite game characters."
This game will be followed up by limited-edition gallery prints and trading card sets for both Borderlands and Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. These products will begin launching spring 2025. Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands: The Chaos Chamber will retail for $29.99.
Upper Deck Entertainment will release Legendary: Games of Thrones, a new deck-building game (see "'Game of Thrones' Goes 'Legendary'").
