Three years after a successful crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter (see "'Rivet Wars: Reloaded'"), the core set for this rebooted miniatures battle game (see "Acquisition of 'Rivet Wars'") will finally arrive on retail shelves. In this game, players will take command of either Allies or the Blight and deploy troops, backed up by wacky war machines, in an attempt to destroy their opponent's forces. The massive core boxed set will come with: 44 miniatures, 24 stat cards, 25 action cards, 25 mission cards, 26 AI opponent cards, 10 large double-sided battlefield tiles,18 double-sided battlefield feature tiles, 18 double-sided battlefield terrain tiles, 147 tokens, 4 six-sided dice (D6), an eight-sided die (D8), and a rulebook.
This game is for one to four players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 30 to 60 minutes. It will retail for $119.99.
