Dreamlike Oceans is a commemorative pack that celebrates the 15th anniversary of the first set  in the Chapter series, which was released in Japan before the Opus series came about. It contains 34 cards with brand-new artwork, and the set revolves around the lore from Final Fantasy VII Advent Children, Final Fantasy IV, and Final Fantasy IX. The set includes Limit Break, like those in Journey of Discovery (see "'Journey of Discovery'"), and Legacy cards from previous sets reprinted as premium full art cards. 

The set contain 124 cards and 164 premium versions of cards. Packs come with 12 cards, and displays come with 18 packs.
