Toy Fair News: Last week, WizKids announced the Marvel Universe Pin Assortment for release in May (see "Marvel Collectible Metal Pins").  At New York Toy Fair, the company hada section of the pins, including chase variants, on display for viewing.

The 12 ct. blind box assortment includes boxes with one jumbo metal pin and one full-color, double-sided, premium collectible backer card for a character (or team) from the Marvel comic universe.  There are 27 fan-favorite characters to collect.  Rare variants include an embossed or die-cut pin with special "comic book cover" card.  Each box has an MSRP of $4.99.
