First up for new announcements was the My Hero Academia Challenger Series: Dark Hero Arc product, releasing on October 10.  Challenger Series has proved to be a successful way for UVS Games to bring a wide variety of different IPs into the UniVersus CCG, with releases so far this year featuring Cowboy Bebop, Trigun Stampede, Critical Role, and Godzilla.  Each Challenger Series release is a more advanced deck and features a Collector’s Booster pack inside, which includes a variety of foil or alternate art cards.  The newly announced My Hero Academia-focused release will highlight story moments from the most recent season of the anime and feature a brand-new double-sided Deku card!  These decks have an MSRP of $34.99 each and come in displays of 4.

Tekken 8 Clash Decks were the next new item announced, with a release date of October 24th.  Clash Decks are the UniVersus CCG entry-level deck product, and these two new decks featuring Tekken 8 characters will be a great way to introduce fans of fighting video games to a card game that feels like a natural fit.  Featuring 2 main characters from the Tekken universe, the Jin Kazama and Jun Kazama Clash Decks are ready for people to grab and start playing right away.  These decks have an MSRP of $14.99 each and come in assorted displays of 8.

The Attack on Titan: Origins of Power booster set is the second booster set focused on Attack on Titan for the UniVersus CCG, and it will release on November 8 with a prerelease event on November 1.  Exploring the second act of the Attack on Titan story, this set will focus on the titans and their origins, bringing more of these colossal forces to life throughout the card set.  Featuring and expanding on a number of the innovative new mechanics found in Attack on Titan: Battle for Humanity, this set will contain over 180 new cards for players to collect!  Booster displays contain 24 packs and have an MSRP of $110.

Finally, the last big announcement from UVS Games was about the STAR TREK™ Lower Decks Challenger Series releasing on December 6.  Exploring a brave new IP for UniVersus, the characters of the U.S.S. Cerritos will be beaming in through 4 new decks. Mariner, Boimler, Tendi, and Rutherford each feature in a deck, with each deck containing 2 different versions of their character card.  This release is sure to grab some attention as well, as UniVersus will have their first-ever lenticular cards featured as the visible card for these decks.  With plenty of new worlds to explore coming for UniVersus in 2025, these characters should feel right at home.  Challenger Series decks have an MSRP of $34.99 and come in an assorted display of 4 that includes one of each deck.
