Horror is one of the hottest genres in entertainment, with movies, television, and other media supporting a growing flow of games, comics, manga, merch and other products.  The growing Halloween retail season has evolved into the best time to sell horror-themed products, with movie releases and television shows showcasing the genre and retailer displays and promotions building on that foundation.
