Archie Comics has announced that in order to commemorate 65 years of Archie Comics, Archie Digest #236 will reprint Archie's first appearance from Pep Comics #22 and all of Archie Comics #1 as well as a new story written by Fernando Ruiz with art by Rex Lindsey in which today's Archie meets the original '40s Archie.

The classic Archie material in the special issue will showcase the writing of Vic Bloom and art by Bob Montana, among others.  

Archie Digest #236, $2.49 MSRP, will ship in July.
