Terry Moore, creator of the long-running, primarily self-published slice-of-life series Strangers in Paradise, has been a longtime supporter of the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund as has Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab, which has even produced a First Amendment Scent called Miller vs. California to benefit the Fund.   Now they have joined forces to create a unique collectible to benefit the CBLDF.

For a $500 donation the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund is offering a Strangers in Paradise Omnibus Lettered Edition, which is limited to just 26 copies and includes one set of the 3-volume hardcover SiP Omnibus Edition, an original drawing by Terry Moore, and a bottle of “Parker Lily,” a fragrance based on Terry Moore’s Strangers in Paradise created by Black Phoenix Alchemy and strictly limited to 26 bottles.  Anyone who makes a donation of $500 on the CBLDF Website can choose either to pick up the SiP Omnibus Lettered Edition at Comic-Con International in San Diego or to have it mailed during the first week in August.

In addition to the Strangers in Paradise Omnibus Lettered Edition, which is available on the CBDLF site, the CBLDF is sponsoring an eBay auction for an extremely rare SiP collectible--a one-of-a-kind offering of the “Letter A” of the Strangers in Paradise Omnibus Lettered Edition plus a bottle each of the two prototypes of the “Parker Lily” scent, the same prototype fragrances sent to Terry Moore for approval.
