Jay Bardyla of Happy Harbor Comics in Edmonton (Alberta), Canada read Kirby Tardy's comments regarding the benefits of Tuesday delivery (see "Kirby Tardy of Tardy's Collectors Corner on Tuesday Delivery") and points out a few negative aspects.
Just to point out to Mr. Tardy that not everyone is in love with the new system. In fact day early delivery has dealt a huge blow to us in Canada as a shift in the reorder cut-off time coupled with the reduction, to near elimination, of stock from our warehouse has resulted in less product being available and longer waits for reorders. We're now in the corner of being forced to "warehouse" product more deeply to avoid lost sales. Otherwise it's a three-week wait to get sold out product. So there weren’t 100% benefits for everyone with this change. I would happily return to pre-day early delivery days.
