Diamond Comic Distributors is working with its apparel vendors to create a new exclusive PX line of apparel items including T-shirts, hoodies, caps and more that will only be sold in direct market comic book shops.  Diamond is collaborating with its apparel vendors, with Diamond suggesting licenses, subject matter, styles and the vendors offering exclusive designs based on their licenses to Diamond. 

 

The PX line should help direct market retailers differentiate themselves from the mass market, which, thanks to the popularity of superhero movies, has embraced superhero-themed apparel.

 

July’s PX offerings include the Godzilla Kreeang Silver T-Shirt (MSRP $18.99), the Hulk Happnin Captain Heather Grey T-Shirt (MSRP $18.99), the Kingdom Hearts Kingdom Lights T-Shirt (MSRP $16.99), the Star Wars Hecho En Camino T-Shirt (MSRP $16.99), and the Thor Vintage Hammer Grey T-Shirt (MSRP $18.99).
