Konami Digital Entertainment has announced an outreach marketing effort at major comic book, game, and pop culture conventions where Konami will sponsor Yu-Gi-Oh! Extravaganzas for those who play or are interested in learning to play the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game. The first of these extravaganzas will be held at Wizard World New Orleans from January 28-29.
The Yu-Gi-Oh! events will include 16-Player Regional Qualifiers, Win-a-Mat Contests, Sealed and Draft events, Dragon Duels (for the under 12 set), and Dawn of the Xyz Starter Deck tournaments.
