Right Stuf will release the complete Boogiepop Phantom TV series in one DVD set on June 5.  The set, now priced at a $29.99 MSRP, will include all 12 episodes, with both English and Japanese audio (with English subtitles).  Extras will include line art gallery, producer notes, character notes, music videos for the opening and closing themes, five Japanese promo trailers, and more.  There are four DVDs in the set. 

The TV series was from Studio Madhouse, directed by Takashi Watanabe, with the series concept by Sadayuki Murai.  The story stars Boogiepop, who’s death incarnate, stalking the night for fresh victims. 

Boogiepop Phantom was created by Kouhei Kadono, and spawned 14 light novels, multiple light novel spin-offs, two manga series, the animated TV series, and a live action prequel movie.  The anime has been shown on the U.S. on G4, Anime Network, FUNimation Channel, Comcast’s Anime Selects, and ImaginAsian.  Seven Seas published the manga and some of the light novels in the U.S.
