Based On New Animated Series

Peter David has announced on his Website, Peter David, Writer of Stuff, that he will be writing a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic book series for Dreamwave Productions. The comic will be tied in with the new animated TV series that is running as part of the popular Saturday morning 'Fox Box.' Dreamwave Productions, which publishes the popular Transformers comics, also based on an animated series, has demonstrated a real flair for handling licensed properties. Details concerning the comic series should be available soon.
