NYCC News: IDW publishing announced that Anthony Del Col and Conor McCreery will return in February, 2013 with the first issue of Kill Shakespeare: Tide of Blood, a 5-issue miniseries that pits Shakespearean characters Hamlet, Juliet, Othello, and Romeo against Prospero, a rogue wizard who plans to destroy all of creation.

 

IDW has published two Kill Shakespeare graphic novels, A Sea of Troubles and The Blast of War, both of which were nominated for numerous awards.  The first Kill Shakespeare collection has sold out four printings and is currently in the midst of its fifth.

 

A Kill Shakespeare Live Stage Reading theatrical show has toured to numerous cities in North America, and a special performance is slated for Saturday morning at the New York Comic Con.
