According to today's Hollywood Reporter, veteran comic book scribe James Robinson (Starman) has been tapped to write the screenplay for a new Sherlock Holmes film featuring the descendants of Holmes and Watson, who band together to solve a series of crimes in twenty-first century London. Darkness Falls producers William Sherak and Jason Shuman are producing the Holmes & Watson project for New Line cinema.
