VIZ Media has announced that it will launch a series of original graphic novels from the Man of Action and Cartoon Network production Ben 10 Omniverse this fall. 

 

Rated "A" for all-ages, the first installment in the new Ben 10 Omniverse line is written by Marvel editor Cory Levine (Captain America and Black Widow, Daredevil, the Punisher) and illustrated by Alan Brown.  Each volume in the series will be available in print and digital editions, with the print versions retailing for $7.99.  Additional volumes will feature different creative lineups.

 

The number of companies producing comics based on Cartoon Network properties is growing rapidly, with three granted licenses relatively recently: VIZ Media, IDW Publishing (see "IDW Signs Deal with Cartoon Network"), and BOOM! Studios (see, for example, "BOOM! Studios Launching 'Regular Show' Comic").
