CrossGen has changed its company name from CrossGeneration Comics, Inc. to CrossGen Entertainment, Inc. In conjunction with the change, it has also organized 11 subsidiaries to carry out the business of the company. The subsidiaries include a company to hold the company's content intellectual property; a company to hold, manage, and create technology intellectual property; a publishing company; two subsidiaries of the publishing company to publish CrossGen Comics and Code Six Comics; media, production, and interactive game companies; a company to run MegaCon; a company to publish education materials; and Comics on the Web.
