Valiant Entetainment has awarded French and Italian language rights to its comics and graphic novels to Italian giant Panini, the companies announced.  Panini will also distribute Valiant titles in those languages digitally through major French and Italian digital retailers.      

X-O Manowar and Harbinger will launch in France and Italy this fall, with other titles to follow.
