New York Comic Con News:  Yen Press announced new manga and manhwa acquisitions for launch in North America in 2014, including a new Alice book, and a simultaneous Korean/English digital release.
 
Alice in the Country of Diamonds: Wonderful Wonder World, Official Visual Fan Book will showcase illustrations, character profiles, interviews with the creative teams, as well as manga.
 
Premiering simultaneously in English and Korean markets, Void's Enigmatic Mansion is a serialized monthly series debuting in October 2013.  It will be available to North American audiences digitally day and date with the Korean edition, published by Haksan Publishing.  Print editions will presumably follow.  Based on the novel by JiEun Ha, Void is by HeeEun Kim and relates the tale of a mysterious house that grants wishes with bizarre, unintended consequences. 
 
Yen is also partnering with Kodansha Comics in Japan for three new licenses, the first of which includes Haruko Kurumatani's Ani-Imo, a comedic, modernization on 'Freaky Friday' body-switching between a brother and sister named Hikaru and Youta. 
 
Fans of gothic suspense and vampires will celebrate Aya Shouto's He's My Only Vampire, a romance, and Kaori Yuki's Demon from a Foreign Land.  Yen plans on hardcover editions for Yuki's latest manga offering.
 
Finally, Yen Press continues the literary adaptations with High School DxD.  Based on Ichiei Ishibumi's novel, the manga adaption is from Hiroji Mishima.
