Prompted by the comments we've published in our Talk Back section recently on Kevin Smith's late Marvel books (see 'Gail Burt of Metropolis Comics on Late Smith Books,' 'Andy Grieco of Collector's Clubhouse on Marvel and Kevin Smith,' and 'Rich Lukes of Comic Collector on Late Smith Books'), we contacted Marvel to determine the current status of Spider-Man/Black Cat and Daredeveil: The Target. Neither has been canceled, but no release date has been set for either title. We also checked on rumors that Marvel found a Smith story too rough for its audience and were told, 'The delay has nothing to do with content issues.'
