Originally solicited as a black and white release (see "Jeff Smith's 'Tuki' Scheduled"), the print version of Jeff Smith’s new self-published comic Tuki will be published in full color at the originally announced price ($3.99). Page count and release date (July) will also remain the same.
Smith’s original plan for black and white was in keeping with his previous self-published comics Bone and RASL, although the original online version is in color. Smith said he’d heard repeated requests for a full-color release from fans. "That's what I hear over and over while I'm on the road at comic shows," he said, "To which I say: It's on!"
