DC Comics announced new writers for Green Arrow beginning with issue #35 in October: Andrew Kreisberg and Ben Sokolowski, the producers of the CW Arrow series (see "'The Flash,' 'Arrow' Launches Set").
Kreisberg and Sokolowski will be joined by artist Daniel Sampere (Batgirl, Birds of Prey) in taking over the reins for Oliver Queen from writer Jeff Lemire and artist Andrea Sorrentino. Both writers have worked in comics before, scripting the show’s digital comic tie-in together, and Kreisberg has worked on several DC titles including Green Arrow/Black Canary and the first two issues of Justice League of America’s Vibe.
