Marvel has announced Thanos VS. Hulk, a new miniseries written and drawn by Thanos creator Jim Starlin, launching in December.
The 4-issue cosmic tale will see Bruce Banner kidnapped by Pip the Troll and dragged across the galaxy to be ransomed to Annihilus for something Pip wants. Annihilus has plans to use the Hulk in a battle with Thanos, the Mad Titan himself. The epic tale will include Iron Man, Blastarr, S.H.I.E.L.D. and more.
Starlin, who first created Thanos back in 1973 for Iron Man #55, will handle script, art and main covers for the series. A variant cover for Issue #1 will be done by Ron Lim (Silver Surfer, X-Men 2099).
