Manga Entertainment and Bandai Entertainment have released additional details about their upcoming DVD release of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (see 'Bandai and Manga Entertainment To Release Stand Alone Complex').  The release, planned for July 27 (not June 27 as earlier reported), will be in standard and special editions, both encoded directly from high-def masters.  The GITS: SAC standard edition will be one disc with four 30-minute episodes, plus interviews with the production team and acting talent from the series for $24.95.  The GITS: SAC special edition will include three discs, including the soundtrack, at $59.95.
