Sara Grey of Mira Mesa Comic Gallery in San Diego, California saw our story on the inclusion of free copies of Spider-Man 2 with the first million of the new PlayStation Portable (see 'Spidey 2 with PSP'), and wants such promotions to include a connection to the products that spawned the property:

 

I can bet that in those 2 million copies of this game/movie combo, there's not one mention of the comic shop locator service.

 

This is why we need to pressure both movie and game companies with licenses--and the licensors themselves--to also include a specific area to promote the original product.

 

Without which product, of course, there would never have been a Spider-Man 2 movie...
