Alderac Entertainment Group has announced the acquisition of a license to produce a collectible card game based on the City of Heroes MMORPG.  The first release, City of Heroes CG:  Arena, will street in November.  The lead designer for Alderac will be David Williams (L5R, Warlord, Spycraft).  Artwork for the game will be produced by Top Cow, which has the comic license.

This is the second City of Heroes game license to be announced in as many days; Eden will produce the City of Heroes RPG (see 'Eden Studios' City of Heroes RPG').
