Image Comics has announced the hiring of Jim Demonakos as Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator, replacing B. Clay Moore, who has returned to full-time freelance writing.
Demonakos is a co-owner and founder of the Seattle area's The Comic Stop, which added a second location in 2003 and has also recently expanded at its primary location. He also created the successful Emerald City ComiCon in 2003. Demonakos will be leaving day-to-day operations of the retail operation to take the Image position.
