JAKKS Pacific, Inc., which already has a Marvel license for Plug & Play TV Games, has signed a Master licensing agreement with Marvel Enterprises, Inc. to develop and market products based on both classic and Marvel movie characters for categories including dog accessories, cat accessories, pet food, and pet tents.  The first Marvel-branded items are expected to ship in the spring of 2006.

Among the Marvel characters included in the agreement are Spider-Man, X-Men, Hulk, Iron Man, Ghost Rider, Daredevil, Captain America, and Fantastic Four.
