Dark Horse's fall book releases include a strong mix of art books, manga, and other graphic novels. Five titles with Asian roots launch in September and October.
Satsuma Gishiden, a tale of samurai struggle by Hiroshi Hirata, will launch September 20th with Volume 1 at $14.95.
Dark Horse publishes Banya: The Explosive Delivery Man, a manhwa title by Kim Young-Oh, at $12.95 in September.
Coffin: The Art of Vampire Hunter D, another art book with illustrations by Yoshitaka Amano (see 'Dark Horse Launches Four Manga Titles in March') ships in September at $39.95.
Style School and Who Fighter with Heart of Darkness, which were both announced at New York Comic-Con (see 'Dark Horse to Double Manga Output in 06'), are both shipping in October, at $11.95 and $14.95, respectively .
Dark Horse is planning another art book; the Definitive Hellboy Companion, for the Hellboy fan who has everything, will publish in September at $14.95.
Neil Gaiman has a new book coming from Dark Horse this fall. The Facts in the Case of the Departure of Miss Finch, with story by Gaiman and art by Michael Zulli, will ship in October. This 56 page, 7' x 10' hardcover will retail for 13.95.
And the third volume of the strong-selling Penny Arcade (see 'Penny Arcade Brings in Bucks'), which collects the gaming geek Webcomics, will ship in October at $12.95.
