4Kids Entertainment has purchased an additional 5% of TC Websites, giving it 55% and operational control of the company, which was established as a 'multi-platform game company' (see '4Kids Announces TCG Initiatives').  The company operates the Chaotic online gaming Website, tied to the Chaotic TCG.

The purchase price for the additional 5% share was $650,000.  The increased share and control allows 4Kids to consolidate earnings into its own financial statements, subject to a minority interest. 

4Kids also increased its ownership in TC Digital Games, which handles the TCG side of the Chaotic property, to 55%, by buying an additional 2% for $200,000.
