An extensive program supporting the Legends of the Three Kingdoms card game by exclusive U.S. distributor Ziko Games is planned for the coming months.  Legends of the Three Kingdoms was first sold in China in 2008; since then it’s sold six million copies worldwide.
The game consists of 153 cards: 25 distinct heroes from each faction, ten role cards (one Monarch, three Ministers, four Rebels, two Turncoats), ten Life Cards, and 108 deck cards.  A single game, which retails for $30, can be played by two to ten players.
In LTK, players command historic heroes from each of four factions in the chaotic Three Kingdoms era of Chinese history to determine the fate of the Kingdoms.
Ziko launched the game in the U.S. last fall, and is planning the first expansion in Q3.  LTK: Legend Reborn will consist of six five-hero expansion packs and one deck expansion pack and tell the story of the Battle of Red Cliff.

Six expansions and four parallel prdoucts, including special tournament 3v3 and Kingdom Battle products are planned.
September will see the first tournament program for the game, according to Ziko’s George Gao, which will lead to U.S. and Canada players getting a chance to win  a trip to China to compete for the world championship.
