Decipher has announced the second in a series of anthologies based on the Lord of the Rings collectible card games. Like The Fellowship of the Ring Anthology, The Two Towers Anthology includes 18 special cards printed in the Elvish Tengwar alphabet, plus a 63-card Two Towers Starter Deck, six 11-card booster packs, and a comprehensive card list booklet, all of which come packaged in a sturdy card collector's box with a capacity of over 600 cards. Daniel Reeve, the official calligrapher and cartographer of the LOTR films, is responsible for the beautifully rendered Tengwar lettering on the 18 special cards. The Two Towers CCG Anthology ships to retailers on January 28, 2004 with a suggested retail price of $36. Decipher is planning to release a Return of the King Anthology for the ROTK block of LOTR cards, in September of 2004.
