Bob Cosner of Bob's Baseball Cards in Des Moines, Iowa, who was one of the retailers that sent a Talk Back comment on Upper Deck's past release date policies (see 'Bob Cosner of Bob's Baseball Cards on Upper Deck Release Dates') saw the news that Upper Deck is changing its shipping policy on new Yu-Gi-Oh! releases (see 'Upper Deck Changes Shipping Policy on Yu-Gi-Oh!,' and 'Upper Deck SVP Rich Henry Sends an Open Letter'), and gives Upper Deck his kudos:
If the Upper Deck statement, and article that goes with it, is true, I guess our complaining has worked. How bout them apples? Good job Upper Deck for finally realizing that the hobby and gaming stores are your best customers when you don't factor in volume of sales, especially when you realize that the volume those big guys do wouldn't be as big without a place for the customers to play the games. Once again, good job Upper Deck.
