Dean Phillips of Krypton Comics in Omaha, Nebraska saw the news that Upper Deck is changing its shipping policy on new Yu-Gi-Oh! releases (see 'Upper Deck Changes Shipping Policy on Yu-Gi-Oh!,' and 'Upper Deck SVP Rich Henry Sends an Open Letter'), and gives Upper Deck his appreciation:
I just read the letter from Upper Deck regarding its shipping policies. My mouth is still agape in amazement. Can it be that all our complaining was listened to? As a retailer that has been constantly frustrated with large companies ignoring the little guy, I would like to be one of the first to say, 'Thank You,' to Upper Deck. Let's also keep in mind, Upper Deck, that since you ARE a big company, I'll still be keeping an eye on you.
