Tim Avers has left his position as Marketing Director at White Wolf Publishing and taken a new position at Gameboard Distributors, a Knoxville, Tennessee-based game distributor.  Avers said of his new position, 'In addition to working as an account representative from my Atlanta home, I'm also going to work to bring retailers and manufacturers closer through aggressive product education.'  Asked to elaborate, Avers replied, 'One way in which we can do this is by educating our accounts to upcoming and best-selling product....Gameboard has a program that gives retailers access to information about our best-selling games and products.' 

 

Avers said he does not have a particular sales territory, but instead will be building on his existing network, regardless of location.  He attributed the departure from White Wolf to a 'lifestyle change' related to his family.
