Troll Lord Games has announced that early D&D contributor Rob Kuntz has agreed to do a series of d20 modules to be released in 2002. Kuntz was an early employee at TSR and is best-known for his contributions to World of Greyhawk and Deities and Demigods. In addition to his work for TSR, Kuntz has also published work through his own company, Creations Unlimited, and more recently for Necromancer Games and Campaign Magazine. Kuntz's first d20 module for Troll Lord will be Dark Druids, which was originally designed in 1986 and playtested with then-fellow TSR designers. Dark Druids is planned as a 40-page softcover retailing for $9.95 with a Q1 2002 release date.
Drawing on his experience in co-creating Deities and Demigods and on his continuing study of myths and legend, Kuntz is also writing Codex Germania for Troll Lord, which will detail the Norse and Germanic gods and their mythos for the d20 system. Codex Germania is planned as a 200-page hardcover sourcebook with a $34.95 retail price and a Q1 2002 release date.
Troll Lords is also publishing work by D&D creator Gary Gygax (see 'D&D Creator to Pen d20 Sourcebooks').
