WizKids has announced that it has acquired the license for Aliens vs. Predator for inclusion in its new HorrorClix game (see 'WizKids Announces HorrorClix CMG').  Two Alien vs. Predator Collector Sets will be produced. 

An Aliens set, which will include seven creatures from the 2004 Aliens vs. Predator film, will be released in December.  Consumers that purchase a HorrorClix ClixBrick (12 booster packs) from a brick and mortar store will get early access and be able to buy the set at a discount. 

A Predator set will be released early next year. 

WizKids' statement described the acquisition as the 'first licensed property' for HorrorClix.
