Retailers can obtain the promotional package by ordering it from their distributor or Tablestar.  The cost of the package is the same as the cost of the games; the promotional items are free with the package. 

Once a retailer has acquired the 'Big Sword Promotional Package' the store's customers can participate in the Big Sword Contest, and have a chance to win a six foot Samurai Sword from Weaponmasters.com (approximate retail value $285).  Customers can fill out one entry form per week if they go to their local game store and participate in a demo of the Rise of the Shogun game. 

To be eligible to fill out an entry form a customer can fulfill the demo participation requirement in any of the following ways (retailers can choose the option or options that best fit their store, resources, and staff available): watch the complete demo of the Rise of the Shogun game on the DVD; purchase the game and play it; sit down and play through a game; or demo the game to other customers. 

All entry forms must be received by Tablestar Games by December 1st.  Seven second prizes (Expansion Decks) will also be awarded.

Retailers who participate in the program will also be eligible to win prizes.  On December 1st, Tablestar Games will hold a drawing for all the retailers who returned retailer data forms with their customers' contest entries.  The first prize winner will receive a $150 Best Buy gift certificate, and seven second place winners will each receive $50 Best Buy Gift Certificates. 

Tablestar Games will also award $50 Best Buy gift certificates to the four retailers judged to have submitted the best photos of the Big Sword Promotion.  Retailers must email the photos to Tablestar Games by December 4th.
