ImaginAsian TV has signed an investment and content agreement valued at $20 million with Sidus Corporation, a South Korean entertainment company.  The agreement provides for Sidus to invest in ImaginAsian to support its U.S. production and distribution activities in TV, VOD, feature films, theatrical exhibition, DVD, music, and new media.  Sidus will also provide ImaginAsian with feature films, dramatic series, music, and live event performances for distribution in the U.S.
